Takeoff Nation Return & Refund Policy

At Takeoff Nation, we specialize in offering high-quality "take off wheels." These wheels are typically removed from new vehicles, having accrued less than 100 miles, and in some cases, no miles at all. While they are essentially new, they are not factory-direct and may exhibit minimal signs of handling or removal. Due to the inherent nature of take off wheels, they are sold as-is, meaning their condition is exactly as described and/or pictured on our website at the time of purchase.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, examine all provided images, and reach out to us with any questions before making a purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us, but given the unique characteristics of our inventory, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. All Sales Are Final (As-Is Policy)

  • Except for the specific conditions outlined below, all sales of "take off wheels" are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, changes of mind, or minor imperfections inherent to removed wheels (such as light dust, very slight marks from mounting/dismounting, or minor scuffs on the back of the wheel that do not affect function or visible appearance, unless specifically noted as a defect).

  • The "as-is" nature means that you acknowledge and accept any and all existing conditions, flaws, or imperfections described or depicted for the item.

2. Exceptions for Significant Discrepancy

A return or refund may be considered only if the item you receive is materially and demonstrably different from what was described or pictured on our website. This does NOT include:

  • Minor variations in color due to monitor settings.

  • Subjective assessments of condition beyond what was clearly stated.

  • Imperfections consistent with "take off wheels" unless explicitly stated as a severe defect not disclosed.

Examples of significant discrepancy may include (but are not limited to):

  • Receiving a completely different wheel model than ordered.

  • A major structural defect (e.g., crack, bend) that was not disclosed and is not attributable to normal handling or removal.

  • Incorrect bolt pattern or offset that was explicitly stated as correct in the listing.

3. How to Request a Review for Discrepancy

If you believe your item falls under the "Significant Discrepancy" exception, you must:

  1. Contact Us Within 3 Days: Notify us via email at orders@takeoffnation.com within 3 calendar days of the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking).

  2. Provide Documentation: In your email, include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • A detailed explanation of the discrepancy.

    • Clear photographs or video evidence showing the discrepancy compared to the product listing.

    • Proof of purchase.

We will review your request promptly. Please allow us 3 business days to assess your claim.
